Fava beans are dense with nutrition. They contain a high concentration of thiamin, vitamin K, vitamin B-6, potassium, copper, selenium, zinc, and magnesium. Popping fava beans out of their skins can be satisfying, but it isn’t everybody’s favorite use of time, so here is the protein powder for you. Fava Bean Protein is a natural high protein source that is extracted from fava beans.
Not ready to eat out of the package as it’s not heat treated (like wheat flour), should always go through food processing of some kind with a heat step (cooking, baking, frying, extrusion, pasteurization etc). It is not for making f.ex. protein shakes.
